A creamy Porcini Mushroom Ragu with fresh thyme and Dry Sherry and an essential Lemmon with Fresh Herbs Aglio e Olio will all be covered in this class. Though very simple, we will discuss the importance of the ingredient selection as well as heat management and tips to get you making some great pasta sauces at home. Tune in for a fun night with Jason and Josh as we will demonstrate how to make these great sauces. You will also receive three of our pasta varieties hand-picked by Dave himself! Delicious wine and cheese from our shop are included.
