Dave has been making and selling handmade fresh pasta and ravioli for over 30 years—it truly is his passion! Come in for a unique experience and pick from a variety of different flavors of fresh pasta and ravioli. Have it cut to order, or mix and match our fresh handmade ravioli and sauce.

Fresh Pasta

Our fresh pasta is made by hand every day with semolina, durum, and whole eggs. In addition to our five regular flavors—egg, black pepper, spinach, tomato and whole wheat—we rotate five other special flavors weekly. We recommend 1/3 lb per person in any of the cuts you’d like.

Cooking Instructions

Shake off excess flour. Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes.

Fresh Ravioli

Our ravioli are made by hand every day with the freshest ingredients and local ricotta cheese. In addition to our regular three flavors—cheese, porcini mushroom and spinach—we rotate five other special flavors weekly. We recommend 1/2 lb per person.

Learn to cook like a pro at home. We'll provide all ingredients needed for local pickup, along with a bottle of wine, cheese and crostini to get the class started.
