Local Beer

Here at Dave's the folks over in the wine room do a great job sourcing out the best local beers available. Both more ancient and more widely consumed than wine, one could make the argument that beer is a food unto itself. So it is no surprise that its use as both an ingredient in cooking and pairing alongside food works wonderfully.
